How your data is stored and processed

Your data is stored and processed using Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a French company incorporated in France and subject to EU law. Brevo acts as a data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. Brevo does not sell your data. You can read Brevo's privacy policy at brevo.com/en/legal/privacypolicy.

No personal data collected through this website is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

MeridianData does not use US-owned cloud services for processing personal data. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any US-based tracking or advertising technology on this website.

How long we keep your data

We retain your details for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.

Your rights under GDPR

As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
